TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER NISOA CHAPTER to EP&D

If you are currently a certified NISOA member who wishes to transfer from one NISOA chapter to EP&D Chapter - you must fill out the Member Chapter Transfer Form in accordance with NISOA Policy Code 900.29.
