EPDISOA is a charter chapter of the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA). The chapter membership includes intercollegiate soccer officials from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware able to officiate sanctioned soccer games from the National Collegiate Athletic Association, National Association for Intercollegiate Athletics, the National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association, the National Christian College Association of American or any other association seeking qualified high school or collegiate officials.
Our chapter leadership is committed to helping our members develop their officiating capabilities through on field assessments and education. Our chapter clinicians and assessors are available to assist our members to perform at the highest level. During the summer of 2020, and with the help of Joe Della Penna, an Assessment Program was developed to which all EP&D officials in good standing can request an assessment and have a portion of the fee covered by the Chapter.

The chapter constitution provides the framework for the Chapter’s operational procedures, including the provisions to be a member in good standing. A copy of said document is housed with the Chapter Secretary.
